We want you to be totally obsessed with your Morphe products, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased on our website. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unused to qualify for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Get Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
